Meet The Team

Danny Guzman
Founder & CEO
Danny is the Broker and Owner of Allegiance Yacht Sales, and has been a licensed yacht broker in Florida since 2015.
He founded the company with a clear goal: to bring more transparency, trust, and accountability to the brokerage experience. Built on strong relationships and straightforward communication, Danny takes a hands-on approach with every client, focused on delivering a process that is both professional and easy to navigate.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys scuba diving, snow skiing, and spending time with family. Whether on the water or off, he values genuine connections and brings that same mindset into every client relationship.

Chris Battaglia
Yacht Broker
Chris is a Yacht Broker at Allegiance Yacht Sales and has been a licensed broker in Florida since 2021.
With a background in sales and a long-standing passion for the water, Chris brings a client-focused approach to every transaction. He prioritizes clear communication, strong relationships, and a smooth buying or selling experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Chris is an avid fisherman and spends much of his time on the water. He also enjoys skiing and being with family and friends, carrying that same personable, easygoing approach into his work with clients.

Alexandre Armougon
Yacht Broker
Alexandre is a Yacht Broker with Allegiance Yacht Sales, based in the Caribbean and driven by a strong passion for life on the water.
Working closely with clients across key cruising destinations, he focuses on understanding each client’s needs and guiding them toward the right yacht for their lifestyle. With a hands-on approach and local insight, Alexandre ensures the process is smooth, clear, and well-managed from start to finish.
Outside of work, he spends as much time on the water as possible. He values strong relationships and a straightforward approach, bringing a professional and personalized experience to every client he works with.

Logan Reilly
Yacht Broker
Logan Reilly is a Yacht Broker at Allegiance Yacht Sales, with a strong background rooted in hands-on marine experience and a lifelong connection to the water.
Originally from the Chesapeake Bay, Logan developed a deep understanding of boating early on and later brought that experience to Florida in 2020. His background spans both technical and client-facing roles, giving him a well-rounded perspective that supports a clear, efficient brokerage process.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys time on the water and staying active. He values straightforward communication and strong relationships, bringing a focused, professional approach to every client he works with.
